These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bournemouth Tax Return website and the services provided by Donatas Mendelis, AAT Licensed Accountant (FMAAT AATQB). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Bournemouth Tax Return provides tax return preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, capital gains tax reporting, MTD compliance, and related advisory services for individuals, sole traders, landlords, CIS subcontractors, company directors, property investors, and limited companies. The specific scope of services for each client will be agreed in writing before work commences.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms will be specified on your engagement letter or invoice. Late payment may incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and records necessary for us to perform our services. You must review and approve all returns and filings before submission. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to HMRC or Companies House on your behalf.
5. Professional Regulation
Donatas Mendelis is licensed and regulated from AAT the license number 1004934. We conduct our services in accordance with the professional standards and ethical guidelines of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our professional obligations and data protection law. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed in your engagement letter. We are not liable for penalties, interest, or losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, or from delays caused by late submission of records.
